Please read the Terms of Service before applying any of our hosting packages.
You MUST agree to our terms before applying for webhosting from URL4FREE.
VERY IMPORTANT NOTICE:
*You are Responsible for what you do on your account. If its got
deleted/suspended then it means that you didn't follow the rules or didn't meet
the requirements.*

Main TOS

MI.) Account Setup
Our shared webhosting packages are automatically setup-ed although sometimes
when the system fails we have to do it manually therefore we have maintained a 1
to 12 hour period (timeframe) which your account will be setup in - however, if
there is a greater load then expected, there might/will be a delay in the
delivery of your ordered product.
MII.) Content
*Depending on location of the service you have ordered, there might be some
restrictions.*
Although the customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless URL4FREE.net from
any claims resulting from the use of our services. URL4FREE is a lawful
web-hosting company of which Netherlands law is recognized.
Restricted Content:
* Hate / Racist / Discriminating sites
* Underage Adult Content
* IRC Servers, Torrent Trackers, Proxies (CGI and PHP Proxies) and any other
type of script that will overload our server.
* Rapidleech and any programs related to it.
* Scamming. Phishing of all sorts.
MII.I) On our Offshore Servers you can host everything, EXCEPT: Child
pornography, Spamming services, IRC, Terrorism related websites, Hatred websites
and we will forward all DMCA complaints to you which you then will have the time
to remove any files/folders that the complaint was addressed upon.
MII.II) Server intensive scripts like Rapidleech, torrentflux etc are not
allowed also.
MII.III) File Hosting is strictly not allowed as it uses too much server
resources. This is although not limited to Image Hosting.
URL4FREE.NET CAN NOT be held liable for any content uploaded to its services/servers by clients.
MIII.) Resource Usage
Users may not initiate the following:
* a) Run any process that requires more than 30 seconds of CPU processing time,
or use more than 5% of all available system resources at any time.
* b) Run any type of interactive real-time chat applications that require server
resources. Remotely hosted services are fully allowed.
* c) Run stand-alone, unattended server-side processes at any point in time on
the server. This includes any and all daemons, such as IRCD.
* d) Run any software that interfaces with an IRC (Internet Relay Chat) network.
* e) Run any gaming servers such as counter-strike, half-life, battlefield1492,
etc
* f) Run any IRC clients etc.
MIII.II) Bandwidth Usage
You are allocated a monthly bandwidth allowance. This allowance varies depending
on the hosting package you purchase. Should your account pass the allocated
amount we reserve the right to suspend the account until the start of the next
allocation, suspend the account until more bandwidth is purchased at an
additional fee, suspend the account until you upgrade to a higher level of
package, terminate the account and/or charge you an additional fee for the
overages. Unused transfer in one month cannot be carried over to the next month.
MIV.) Extra Services
Our Shared hosting is completely managed, and we will respond to all support
queries - without a cost.
MV.) Backups and Data Loss
Your use of the service is at your sole risk. URL4FREE.Net is not responsible
for files and data residing on your account. You agree to take full
responsibility for files and data transferred and to maintain all appropriate
backup of files and data stored on URL4FREE.Net servers.
MVI.) Cancellation
URL4FREE.NET reserves the right to cancel your account at any time if you
violate any of the terms laid here in the Hosting Rules.
MVII.) Contacting Support
Our support is fast, however - that depends on where you live and the
availability of our staff. You can PM me (Cipher*) or Joe if your having
problems with your account.
MVIII.) Idemnification
Customer agrees that it shall defend, indemnify, save and hold URL4FREE.net
harmless from any and all demands, liabilities, losses, costs and claims,
including reasonable attorney's fees asserted against URL4FREE.net, its agents,
its customers, officers and employees, that may arise or result from any service
provided or performed or agreed to be performed or any product sold by customer,
its agents, employees or assigns. Customer agrees to defend, indemnify and hold
harmless URL4FREE.net against liabilities arising out of:
(1) Any injury to person or property caused by any products sold or otherwise
distributed in connection with URL4FREE.net
(2) Any material supplied by customer infringing or allegedly infringing on the
proprietary rights of a third party
(3) Copyright Infringement
(4) Any defective products sold to customers from URL4FREE.net's server.
MIX.) Disclaimer
URL4FREE.NET will not be responsible for any damages may suffer. URL4FREE.NET
makes no warranties of any kind, expressed or implied for services we provide.
URL4FREE.NET disclaims any warranty or fitness for a particular purpose. This
includes loss of data resulting from delays, no deliveries, wrong delivery, and
any and all service interruptions caused by URL4FREE.NET and its staff.
MX.) Violations
Any violations of the TOS should be reported to Us immediately via support
ticket or by posting on our forum. In the event that You breach any of the above
provisions of this Agreement, You agree that We may terminate Your use of Our
System. In the event such a breach occurs by You, We will post a page from Your
domain name stating that You have violated Our terms and conditions of service.

Hosting Guidelines
---------------------------
HI.) Since free web hosting is offered on a Post-To-Host basis, we will offer
you the web hosting only on quality posts. If your posts are stupid replies,
spams, not-tagged, links are not coded, or violate any terms of rules of
URL4FREE, your request for web hosting will be denied.
HII.) If any URL4FREE rules are broken or you are banned from the forum, your
web hosting will be revoked immediately, without any backups.
HGIII.) Free Web hosting users are obliged to do their own backups, URL4FREE
will not be liable for any loss arising from non-backup of accounts.
Furthermore, we are not obliged to offer backups for free web hosting users.
HGIV.) If you fail to meet the minimum posts required per month, your web
hosting will be revoked immediately. Please do not come here on the last day of
the month, make the required posts, and disappear for another month. We will be
closely monitoring these trends, and if we find it repeated once too often, your
web hosting will be revoked immediately.
HGV.) If you break any TOS of the web hosting package you own, we will terminate
your account immediately without notification.
HGVI.) We will closely monitor all account activities, please do not use your
web hosting space as a temporary or permanent location to store your music
collection, your warez collection, or your computer backup. We do not offer our
web hosting services for such purposes. Go buy a external Hard Disk if you wanna
backup your collection!
HGVII.) We will not tolerate any abuse of server resources. No testing of your
rapidleech or proxy project. Once again, URL4FREE does not tolerate such
activities on our web hosting space. I recommend try these projects on other
free web hosting deals offered on the internet.
HGVIII.) You are responsible for your own web hosting packages. Please do not
give us excuses that your friend was using your web hosting to test out proxy
without your knowledge. FYI, we don't know your friend! We offered this web
hosting to you, not your friend.
HGIX.) If any of your accounts abuse server resources, they will be
automatically suspended by an automated script. We do not have any control over
it, expect for unsuspending your account, which we will not do.
